For HOAs, we provide monthly reports, as well as access to an Association Portal which provides a real-time look at the full accounting systems, bank balances, work orders and budgets.

First Commercial Association Management has a team of professionals on the payroll, allowing us to offer services like construction management for renovations and unit management and leasing at 50% of the current market rate. We also build and maintain professional property websites used to communicate clearly and quickly important information.

Owner and Association statements are securely posted to an online Association Board or Owners Portal. We can also include maintenance invoices and additional reports you request.

Prompt Maintenance

We use electronic work - orders and communication with vendors so we can quickly resolve issues. We can email a copy of the work order and relevant information giving you real - time updates.

Efficient Dues

Modern residents expect easy, online payment options. We give residents the option of paying with ACH/auto draft.
